Job Title:
Lecturer
School Responsibilities:

My current research and educational interests are captured in the theme of health care quality improvement. My interest in improving health care quality has been built on a diverse clinical background, project management experience aiming to reduce error in clinical skills and a co-ordinating role for safety, governance and risk within the NHS. In an academic role I am now considering the definition of quality and the implications of measuring quality in complex health care. I am also interested in some of the QI tools and techniques – what works well, where and why!
